Collection of personal information
We collect personal information (including each client's full name, address, contact details and credit information) so that we are able to refer clients to appropriate specialist companies that are licensed to make recommendations regarding investments, risk insurance and financial assistance for future planning.
Where it is necessary to do so, we also collect information on individuals such as company directors and officers (where the company is the client), as well as agents and persons dealing with us on a "one-off" basis. We will not offer for sale or tender lists of clients that may be used for direct marketing purposes.
We require you to provide us with accurate and relevant information. If you provide us with incomplete or inaccurate information, we may not be able to assist in referring you to the best company for the financial advice you may be seeking.
Use and disclosure of personal information
Other than for the purposes disclosed, we will promise not give your information to any party other than: Mortgage Brokerages, Financial Planners, Financial Advisors, Accountants, Tax Accountants, Taxation advisors, Insurance brokers and Life Officers with whom we plan to invest and or apply for insurance directly on your behalf.
All administrative services are also required to fulfill our commitment to you. In all circumstances where contractors and agents may become aware of personal information, confidentiality arrangements apply. Personal information may only be used by our agents and contractors for the purposes disclosed. There are some circumstances where we may be allowed or obliged to disclose information by law. For example, under Court Order or Statutory Notices.
